Welcome to LayerUp Studio. By accessing our website, uploading digital files, or utilizing our custom product studio and 3D printing services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms, you should not engage our manufacturing or prototyping services.
We provide digital-to-physical manufacturing, including rapid prototyping, small batch production, and custom parts creation. All project timelines and material recommendations are estimates provided in good faith based on standard machine operating conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse service for submitted designs that violate intellectual property rights, promote harm, or are otherwise deemed inappropriate for our equipment.
You remain the sole owner of any 3D files, CAD data, and designs you submit to LayerUp Studio. We do not claim ownership over your intellectual property.
By submitting a design, you warrant that you have the legal right to produce the submitted models and that they do not infringe on third-party copyrights, patents, or trademarks. LayerUp Studio is not liable for intellectual property claims arising from user-supplied files.
Every printed object undergoes a thorough quality check before it leaves our studio. However, due to the inherent nature of additive manufacturing and 3D printing, minor surface artifacts, visible layer lines, or slight dimensional variances may occur.
These characteristics are standard in layered manufacturing and do not constitute structural or functional defects unless the part fails to meet agreed-upon mechanical tolerances.
LayerUp Studio reserves the right to modify pricing, material availability, or service features at any time without prior notice. Any active orders will be completed under the terms and pricing agreed upon at the time of purchase.
